Source files were copied and SHA-256 verified; private audio, names, biometric vectors and source paths are not published. Ten previously archived v2 logs were rehashed; the live v2 route was unavailable. No coordinates or physical distances are inferred. Existing named-reference totals were not recalculated.

Five-minute bins count logged events, not continuous speech duration or verified people. New-schema timestamps use absolute event epochs converted to America/New_York. Legacy metadata uses file-start epoch plus the logged processing-clock offset; these are processing timestamps, not independently verified acoustic onsets. Model labels are scoped by session or metadata file. Sources and scanner versions are not directly interchangeable. Machine statuses such as VERIFIED_MATCH are not independent identity findings; null labels are not replaced with top-candidate names.

September 25: partial source metadata; session incomplete. Stable, parseable event records were retained despite explicit audio-input-overflow flags. Missing audio and missing time are not reconstructed. Actual included event timestamps: 2026-09-25T00:00:00.787981-04:00 through 2026-09-25T19:16:43.222317-04:00. Every bin carries a partial-source flag. Explicit event IDs were deduplicated globally; conflicting IDs or changing files were excluded. Alternative older-schema Test recordings were reviewed but not merged: they lack comparable event IDs and completeness flags, and their sample-duration and processing-clock measures differ.

September 28 is a partial calendar day as of the reviewed records, not a live feed. Latest included event: 2026-09-28T06:05:28.287108-04:00. Missing energy/pitch measurements display as Unavailable, not measured zero.
